Scott's Bio

As a teacher, leader and mentor, Scott Schuler’s blogs, books, classes and seminars flow out of the wisdom and authority of 30+ years studying and teaching God’s Word. Scott has lived as a missionary in Russia and Ukraine and served in five other countries in various capacities. Completing the School of Biblical Studies in Kiev, Ukraine and earning a PhD in Christian Counseling, the sole purpose of Scott’s writing and teaching is to lead others to Jesus.

Scott is the first to admit that his credentials should not be measured by what he knows, but by Who he knows – Jesus. He is a husband, father, business professional, and leader in his church. He resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife, Lory, and their two children.

After years of living captive in darkness, Lory’s heart has been transformed by Jesus to love and serve others. She is passionate about sharing the hope and joy she has found in Jesus, especially with women and children who have experienced emotional life crises. Lory is a wife, mom, business professional and church leader.
